Ingredients
- Bitter gourd - 2 Sliced (slice in round shape or cut half & slice)
- Green chilly - 4
- Coconut -
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
- Heat oil in a pan add sliced Bitter gourd,Green chilly,Coconut,Salt to taste and mix well.
- Close the Pan and cook for 2 min then open the lid and cook the bitter gourd till it become dry or deep fry.
