Bitter gourd fry /Pavakka mezhukkuvaratti

Ingredients

  • Bitter gourd - 2 Sliced (slice in round shape or cut half & slice)
  • Green chilly - 4
  • Coconut -
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method of preparation

  • Heat oil in a pan add sliced Bitter gourd,Green chilly,Coconut,Salt to taste and mix well.
  • Close the Pan and cook for 2 min then open the lid and cook the bitter gourd till it become dry or deep fry.
