Ingredients
- Bread - 8 slices
- Egg - 2
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
Method of preparation
- Take a bowl, crack egg in it and beat well.
- Add milk ,sugar and cardamom in the beaten egg and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan, take one bread and dip in the egg & milk mixture and put it on the pan carefully.
- Roast the bread on medium low flame.when one side is roasted turn over and roast the other side.Roast other bread pieces one by one.
- Serve it.
