Bread Roll

Ingredients

  • Bread slices - 6
  • Oil  for frying
  • Potato - 1
  • Carrot - 1 medium size thinly chopped
  • Frozen Green peas - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch grated
  • Onion - 1 thinly chopped (optional)
  • Green chilly - 3 chopped
  • Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1 cup in a bowl

Method of preparation

  • Cook the potato ,peel off and mash it and cook the carrot and green peas separately.
  • Take all cooked vegies together and add Chopped onion,ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,garam masala,salt to taste and mix well with your hand.
  • Take  bread slice and dip it in the water for few sec and squeeze the water from the bread by pressing between palms.
  • keep the damp bread on a plate and fill 1tbsp of vegie mixture in it and roll the bread carefully ,seal the edges of the bread.
  • Heat oil in a pan deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve bread roll with tomato sauce.
