Ingredients
- Chicken drumstick - 8 - 10
- Turmeric powder -1tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2tsp
- Kashmiri chilly - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder -2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Method of Preparation
- Clean chicken drumsticks and put cut marks on it.
- Take all other ingredients except oil together and make a fine paste.
- Marinate the paste over the chicken and the slits & keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hours.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan,shallow fry the chicken till it done.
- Chicken drumstick fry is ready.
