URAD DAL DOSA
Ingredients
- Rice - 2 Cups
- Urad Dal - 1 Cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
- Cooked Rice - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash & soak the rice & urad dal along with fenugreek seeds for about 6 hrs.
- Grind the soaked items along with cooked rice to form thick, smooth batter.
- Keep the batter in warm place for atleast 9 hrs or overnight.
- Add salt into it & mix well.
- Heat a nonstick pan& add a ladleful of batter.
- spread the batter to form a circular shape.
- when one side is cooked turn over the dosa and cook
- Serve the Dosa with Sambar& chutney.

Notes
- Use the soaked water to grind the rice & urad dal.
- Use of cooked rice makes the Dosa too soft & delicious
- fenugreek seeds gives a special taste to Dosa.
