Ingredients
- Ney meen - 1kg sliced into medium pieces
- Oil - 5 tbsp
For marination
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder -1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1tsp
- Kashmiri chilly - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
- Take all ingredients for marination and make a fine paste.
- Marinate the paste over the fish & keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan ,fry the fish on medium low flame till it done.
- King fish fry is ready.
