Ingredients
- Curry lime - 1 finely chopped
- Green chilly - 7 sliced
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
- Take chopped lime in a bowl add green chilly,Asafoetida,turmeric,fenugreek powder,salt to taste and mix well.
- keep the pickle in an air tight container.
Notes : If you want to use the pickle very next day,add 1/4 cup warm water in it.
