Vadukapuli Lime/Kari Naranga Achar/Pickle

Ingredients

  • Curry lime - 1 finely chopped
  • Green chilly - 7 sliced
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Take chopped lime in a bowl add green chilly,Asafoetida,turmeric,fenugreek powder,salt to taste and mix well.
  • keep the pickle in an air tight container.

Notes : If you want to use the pickle very next day,add 1/4 cup warm water in it.
